ERROR to the District Court for Brown County. Ejectment for the recovery of certain real estate. Robert Grignon and Peter B. Grignon, two of the lessors of the plaintiff, claimed the land as sons and heirs at law of Pierre Grignon, deceased, to whom a tract of land, including the disputed premises, was confirmed by act of congress, and for which a patent issued several years after his death, and after the sale of the land by his administrator.
