OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Janet L. Gouhin ("appellant"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, Giant Eagle ("appellee").

{¶ 2} This matter arises out of an incident that occurred on September 2, 2003, on appellee's premises located at 1000 East Dublin-Granville Road in Columbus, Ohio. On September 2, 2003, appellant was using a walker for assistance due to hip replacement surgery that took place a year prior.
