This was an action in replevin brought by the defendant in error, plaintiff below, against the plaintiff in error, defendant below, in the probate court of Garfield county, to recover possession of certain specific personal property. The answer of the defendant was a general denial. The case was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff, upon which judgment was duly entered.
