This action was begun in the court below by plaintiff in error against defendant in error, hence the parties will be referred to herein as plaintiff and defend-, ant.. . -

The object of the action was to remove an apparent cloud upon the title, to certain real estate consisting of lots in the city of Sa-pulpa, the cloud in question consisting of a judgment lien.-against plaintiff’s grantors.
