OPINION BY

GANTMAN, J.:

¶ 1 Appellant, Robert Rohrer, appeals from the order of the. Bucks County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment .in favor of Appellee, Ronald Pope, M.D., in this psychiatric medical malpractice action. We hold Appellant failed to adduce sufficient evidence to establish a prima facie ■ cause of action in psychiatric medical malpractice; ■ there were no genuine issues of material fact to preclude, summary judgment in this case; and the trial court properly granted summary judgment in favor of Appellee, dismissing Appellant’s psychiatric medical malpractice…
