COCHRAN, District, Judge.
This is an appeal from a decree dismissing the bill in a suit for patent infringement. The patent is No. 618,163, issued January 24, 1899, to W. M. Brown, assignor, and assigned to appellant, complainant below, May 27, 1902. The patent is entitled as one for “electric motor control.” More definitely, it is one for a method of electric motor control and for an apparatus to practice such method. It contains twelve claims.
