MEMORANDUM OPINION

CLIFFORD FULFORD, Bankruptcy Judge.

These three cases are before the Court on motions of Ethel M. Riley and Camilla Franklin (“Movants”) for relief from the automatic stay. They seek permission to try their cases in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama seeking damages for the desecration of the graves and remains of deceased relatives. 1 Movants are plaintiffs in two of seven civil actions stating essentially similar claims.
