The report in this ease presents the single question whether the plaintiff’s action is barred by the statute of limitations. The action is by a husband, to recover for the loss of services of his wife and for the expenses of her illness resulting from an injury received by her through the alleged negligence of the defendant’s servants. By the St. of 1902, c. 406, the statute of limitations was so amended as to require that “ actions of tort for injuries to the person, against counties, cities and towns, shall be commenced only within two years next after the cause of action accrues.” Under…
