The writ of certiorari which was issued in this case brings to us for review the correctness and legality of the order of the district court that required the petitioner, Evelyn Irene Duro, to appear and submit to examination as provided in section 11925, Code of 1939. The order was issued upon the verified application of the executrix of the estate of John Heber Duro, wherein the executrix alleged:
