Before the Court is the Debtor’s Amended Objection to Claim of Christina Dudek (Claim No. 3) [ECF No. 40] and the Debtor’s Amended Objection to Claim of Nacol Law Firm (Claim No. 4) [ECF No. 41]1 (together, the “Claim Objections”). The debtor is Woodhaven Townhouse Association, Inc., which, as its name implies, is a townhome association located in Richardson, Texas (the “Debtor” or the “Association”).
