ORDER AND REASONS

JONES, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is plaintiffs motion to transfer this matter to United States District Court for the District of Columbia as well as the motion of Defendants FBI and Bernard DeSantis to dismiss this matter, both of which were taken under submission previously without oral argument. Having reviewed the briefs of the parties, the record and the applicable law, the Court GRANTS defendants’ motion to dismiss and DENIES plaintiffs motion to transfer.
