HORSEY, Justice:
Defendant, Jeffrey Oxendine, Sr., appeals his conviction in trial by jury in Superior Court of manslaughter (11 Del.C. § 632(1)) 1 in the beating death of his six-year-old son, Jeffrey Oxendine, Jr. Oxen- dine was sentenced to twelve years’ imprisonment. 2 On appeal, Oxendine’s principal argument is that the Trial Court committed reversible error by denying his motion for a judgment of acquittal on the issue of causation.
