This is an appeal from an order granting the defendant’s motion for a new trial and from an order denying plaintiff’s motion to vacate the order granting the defendant’s motion for a new trial.
In a jury trial the plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment against the defendant for the sum of $77,500 because of certain personal injuries allegedly brought about by the defendant’s negligence.
