I. INTRODUCTION
The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the undersigned United States District Judge on September 12, 2000, pursuant to Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment [Doc. No. 42 ]. This dispute arises out of two umbrella insurance policies issued by Plaintiff Fidelity and Guaranty Insurance Co. (“Fidelity”) to Defendant, now known as Global Technologies (“Global”) for the years 1997-1999.
