After a jury returned its verdict for Rol-screen Company (Rolsereen) during the first phase of a bifurcated trial, the district court 1 dismissed the remaining counterclaims brought by Pella Products of St. Louis, Inc. (Products), one of Rolscreen’s distributors, and entered judgment for Rolscreen. Products appeals from that judgment. We affirm.
