This is an action for the breach of a contract of marriage. The jury returned a verdict for $15,000 in favor of plaintiff, and defendant appealed from the judgment entered on the verdict.
The facts submitted in behalf of plaintiff warrant the finding that plaintiff, then a young woman in her nineteenth year, still attending school, came in contact with defendant in the fall of 1923, in Charleston, Missouri, where plaintiff resided.
