This is a statutory will contest and is here on a second appeal. At the first trial the verdict and judgment was against the instrument and our opinion reversing that judgment and remanding the cause will be found at (Mo.), 44 S.W.2d 18. On a second trial the jury found against the will but, upon defendants' motion, the trial court set the verdict aside, as being against the weight of the evidence, and granted a new trial.
