This matter is an appeal from the trial court’s determination in favor of plaintiff-appellee Hermann, Cahn & Schneider (“ap-pellee”) in an action against defendant-appellant Louis Viny (“appellant”) for failure to pay for legal services rendered. The facts, as presented to this court, are set forth below.
