MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
DE MENT, District Judge.
Before the court is a Motion For Summary Judgment which, along with a supporting brief, was filed on February 11, 2002 by Defendants Auburn University, Barry A. Robertson (“Robertson”), and Harvey O. Dahl (“Dahl”) (collectively “Defendants”). (Doc. Nos.18-19.) Plaintiffs Rhonda Lynn Smith and Clinton A. Smith (“Plaintiffs”) filed a Brief in Opposition on February 27 (Doc.
