This diversity action arises out of Plaintiff Martin R. Snoey’s termination from his position as president of Defendant Advanced Forming Technology, Inc. (AFT), a wholly owned subsidiary of Defendant Precision Castparts Corporation (PCC). Snoey alleges that AFT, PCC and two corporate officers, William C.
