Holt, Justice.
Plaintiffs, partners, were operating two taxicabs in Brainerd, this state, in March, 1935, when Miss Hildur Finney signified her desire to become a passenger in one of them. In attempting to enter the cab, she claimed that her foot slipped on the ice-coated running board, causing her to fall so as to strike her head against some hard projection inside the cab, producing paralysis of her right facial nerve.
