Defendant Jennie Denise Wojjusik appeals as on leave granted1 from an order entered by the trial court denying her motion to quash the third summons and for summary disposition. We reverse.
I. BASIC FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
The essential facts are undisputed.
