Plaintiffs conduct a commercial laboratory designing and constructing dental appliances, their only customers being dentists. In March, 1950, they purchased from defendant Dental Perfection Company a certain new material (a compound) for use in fabricating dentures (known as D-P resin), and leased from it a machine (known as D-P Injecto Press), both to be used for the manufacture of dentures by an injection process.
