MEMORANDUM OPINION

(April 29, 2011)

Pending before this court are two motions filed by the People of the Virgin Islands (the “People”), both titled People’s Motion for an Order of Production Order (sic) Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2703. The People also have filed affidavits and petitions in support of search warrants for a cellular telephone and SIM card. Finally, the People have moved the court to seal the affidavits in support of the motions and warrant petitions, all of which contain the same information. All of these requests are made in the course of continuing investigations of three murders…
