MEMORANDUM OPINION

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ motion to hold Defendants in contempt of court for failing to comply with the November 25, 2013, Order of this Court which provided certain permanent and mandatory injunctive relief. Plaintiffs contend that Defendants failed to make certain documents available for inspection and copying as required by said Order. Defendants counter that they have complied with the Order.
