HENDERSON, Circuit Judge:
This 'case originated with the indictment of sixteen defendants, all of whom were charged in four counts with distribution and possession with intent to distribute marijuana, 21 U.S.C.A. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C.A. § 2; conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute marijuana, 21 U.S.C.A. § 846, importation of marijuana, 21 U.S.C.A. § 952(a); and conspiracy to import marijuana, 21 U.S.C.A. § 963.
