The plaintiff, Thomas Brown (“Brown”), has brought this action alleging violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Rehabilitation Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq., on theories of retaliation, hostile work environment, and failure to accommodate, which plaintiff alleges occurred during his employment with the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in the Department of Treasury (“Treasury Department,” “BEP,” or “defendant”).
