This matter is before the Court on a petition for writ of habeas corpus brought by Antonio Marcus Hudson (“petitioner”), presently confined at the Greensville Correctional Facility in Jarratt, Virginia pursuant to a compact agreement that Michigan has with the State of Virginia for the housing of Michigan inmates.
