DECISION AND ORDER

CURRAN, District Judge.

On October 17,1986, debtor Robert Allen Munroe filed an adversary proceeding in the United States Bankruptcy court seeking to have defendants, Gerald Ptacek and Donald Lasch, d/b/a Arthur Peters Inc., held in contempt of the bankruptcy court’s discharge order. The debtor also sought to enjoin and dismiss all further proceedings in a criminal action which had been brought against him in the Circuit Court of Racine County.
