Plaintiff, John L. Potter, as administrator of the estate of Mabel Miller, deceased, filed a bill of complaint in the circuit court of Wayne county to reach certain bonds in the possession of defendant, Katherine Lindsay. The essential facts which gave rise to this action are as follows: Hugh Miller was engaged in the carpeting and furniture business. In 1943 he sold his business, and died June 4, 1950.
