The plaintiff, Anderson, commenced this action in the superior court for King county seeking recovery for personal injuries claimed by him as the result of the negligent driving of an automobile owned by, and driven for the joint use and benefit of, the defendants G-randy and his wife, and also as the result of the concurring negligent operation of a street car owned and operated by the city of Seattle.
