Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Appellant” or “Sucampo”) appeals the dismissal of its breach of contract claims against Astellas Pharma, Inc. (“Appellee” or “As-tellas”) on the basis of a forum-selection clause contained in the parties’ licensing agreement.
