THIS MATTER comes now before the Court upon Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue pursuant to Rule 12(b)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (Doc. No. 2). Plaintiff has responded, Defendant has replied, the Court has heard oral argument, and this matter is now ripe for review.
