This matter is before the court on Plaintiff Minnesota Supply Co.’s motion for a preliminary injunction (Doc. No. 16), and *899the various motions to dismiss (or transfer) brought by Defendant Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (Doc. No. 11), Defendant Jungheinrich Lift Truck Corporation (Doc. No. 29), and Defendant Jungheinrich AG (Doc. No. 40). In support of its motion for preliminary injunctive relief, Plaintiff also has moved for an expedited scheduling order. (Doc. No. 19.)
