On March 3, 2006, the Speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives and the President of the Arizona Senate requested Leave to Report to the Court the Adoption of House Bill 2064 (“HB 2064”) (Docket No. 373) and Defendant State of Arizona filed a Motion to Expedite Consideration of State’s Motion for Accelerated Consideration of Legislation (Docket Nos. 374- 375).
