Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 13, 1976, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts) and robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of defendant’s motion to suppress certain incriminating statements made by him subsequent to his arrest.
