Wiest, J.

In this case we ordered a rehearing. In our former opinion (Cummings v. Schreur, 236 Mich. 628) wé held, in effect, that the statute of limitations does not run against an inchoate right of dower, and possession during the life of the husband cannot be tacked to the period of possession after his death, for, at the death of the husband, right of action for dower and of entry first accrued.
