Before the Court is plaintiffs complaint seeking relief from a variety of governmental and non-governmental entities 2 for wrongs committed against the plaintiff, Chad Gabriel DeKoven, a/k/a Messiah-God # 145274, 3 due to the failure of these defendants to acknowledge, accept and act on plaintiffs claim that he is the “God-Messiah” of the Holy Bible. 4 The plaintiff is presently a prisoner at the Standish Maximum Correctional Facility in Standish, Michigan.
