This matter is before the Court upon multiple motions by both Defendants and Plaintiffs. Defendants Marigold Foods, Inc., Meyer Brothers Dairy, Inc., and Schroeder Milk Company, Inc. have filed Motions to Dismiss, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6), for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
