Cennami v. Department of Public Welfare

This is an appeal from a decision of a single justice of this court which dismissed an action brought originally in the Supreme Judicial Court and transferred to this court for disposition under G. L. c. 211, § 4A. The action is one of several presently pending in various courts each concerning the custody of a female child born on April 24, 1975. The child’s mother left her with a relative shortly after birth.
