This is an appeal from a decree entered by the *65Probate and Family Court dispensing with the mother’s consent to the adoption of her eight year old daughter, pursuant to G. L. c. 210, § 3. The mother asserts that collateral estoppel principles precluded the judge’s determination of unfitness, that the judge’s findings were not supported by the evidence, and that her conclusion was not based on clear and convincing evidence. We affirm.
