Elizabeth Chancey sued Peachtree Pest Control Company, Inc. to recover for personal injuries she allegedly sustained as a result of exposure to a pesticide Peachtree Pest Control used at her workplace. The jury returned a verdict in favor of Peachtree Pest Control, and the trial court entered judgment for the defendant. On appeal, the Chanceys allege that the trial court erred in admitting certain evidence and in charging the jury.
