CARLEY, Justice.

This appeal arises from a dispute over title to two subdivision lots. Appellee Robert Smith is currently renting the property from his brother-in-law, Appellee Robert L. Stacey. Appellant Kirby Smith, Jr. brought suit against Appellees, claiming title by prescription. Appellees filed an answer denying the allegations of the complaint and asserted a counterclaim based on Stacey’s own record title. After trial, the jury returned a verdict in favor of Appellees.
