This is an original application to this court for a writ of mandate directing respondent to certify a transcript of proceedings claimed to have been prepared in accord with the provisions of section 953a, of the Code of Civil Procedure, for use on an appeal from an order granting a motion for change of place of trial from Los Angeles County to Santa Barbara County of an action brought by petitioner against A.
