The defendant, Jerome F. Moore, appeals from the judgment of the trial court revoking his probation pursuant to General Statutes § 53a-32, following his arrest on charges of sale of narcotics in violation of General Statutes § 21a-277 (a), possession of marijuana in violation of General Statutes § 21a-279 (c), use of drug paraphernalia in violation of General Statutes § 2 la-267 (a) and possession of narcotics within 1500 feet of a school in violation of General Statutes § 21a-279 (d).
