REEVES, District Judge.

By this action the plaintiff seeks to enjoin the defendant from claimed violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201 et seq. There is no controversy as to the facts.

From January 1, 1955, until July 23, 1956, the defendant arranged with a large number of individuals to do home work for the defendant in addressing mail matter to sundry individuals who might be interested as prospects for insurance. From the period July 23, 1956 until the present time it arranged with a lesser number, namely, eighteen individuals, to do identical work. The defendant’s…
