MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

PARSONS, District Judge.

AMP Incorporated (AMP), a New Jersey corporation with principal place of business in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and plaintiff in this action for patent infringement, vigorously opposes a 28 U. S.C. § 1404(a) motion by Burndy of Midwest, Inc.
