ROBERTSON, Justice.

Computer Results sued Custom Controls on a sworn account. Custom Controls, a business consumer, then filed a separate suit against Computer Results, the retailer/distributor of a Qantel computer system. Custom Controls also sued Mohawk Data Services Corp. and Qantel Corp., the alleged manufacturers of the Qantel computer system.
