OPINION

CONTIE, Circuit Judge.

Defendants-appellants, Peter Pi and Cor-Bon Custom Bullet Company, appeal the district court’s refusal to dismiss the indictment in this case. For the following-reasons, we affirm the district court.

Since 1990, defendant Peter Pi, through his company and co-defendant Cor-Bon Custom Bullet Company (“Cor-Bon”), has been in the business of manufacturing ammunition for firearms.
