This is an action of assumpsit on two fire insurance policies. Heard on defendant’s exceptions after verdict for the plaintiff in the Superior Court for $634.66.

The policies were of the standard form prescribed by Chap. 222, Gen. Laws, 1909. On June 21, 1912, a fire caused considerable damage to a portion of the plaintiff’s property covered by these policies. The defendant company was promptly notified and on the following day its agents visited the scene of the fire. Proofs of loss were duly delivered to the defendant.
